Does this work with any battery and any state of charge without reprogramming? And will it work if i change the spring to a harder one without reprogramming (i have no Cut off lever)

v3 mech from a clone AK. I never installed the chip in the gun, the video was just to show that a homemade burst chip would work.
The gun was made using aluminum tube, v3mech, and a chopped up m4 to uzi mag converter kit. 2 years later, I still haven't done much more to it than what you see in the video.
