i saw them the other night, it was their 17th anniversary, pretty cool.
i wish they'd have played this song, "general taylor," "boston and st. john's" and "love," but I got a lot of good other stuff, so i'm not going to complain too much. who said anything about them being irish?
my favourite song of theirs (and the first one i ever heard) has to be "by the board/Great big sea" but i can't find it by them anywhere on youtube

You do know they're Canadian, not Irish, right? They're from Newfoundland.
