I have an 09 CTS-V, I don't think my MPG indicator is capable of going over 20, unless I'm going down hill, or being towed.
-
@coolerdude44 Any car can get 30 mpg? That's complete BS.
-
@wait4meperformance The MPG's are impressive but we all know the CTSV is about slapping around AMG's and M's.
-
@victoriadish pretty sure it is. the V comes with a supercharged 6.2L V8

@advancedwarfighter07 While I love the CTS-V, a pushrod V8 with a blower is not exactly breakthrough technology.
Fuel efficiency at a steady 60mph comes down to gearing, aerodynamics, and rolling resistance.

Is that a boost gauge on the right at the bottom?
-
Were you expecting an MPG hit from swapping out exhaust?
-
@advancedwarfighter07 any car can get 30 mpg if driven properly, but not driven properly, any car can also get horrible mpg.
example: my 2004 mazda 6 gets 17 mpg because i floor it whenever i can.
ill be putting on some drag strip footage this weekend. :)
