Desert Scouting

Took a desert trip with colse Family friends: Pancho, Dona Lola, and Max to find a new shooting spot for our firearms... We usally like to select areas based on how secluded they are and how many berms there are to shoot into for safety reasons. This area is a few miles east of Red Sands and about a good 30min east bound drive outside of El Paso, TX. We chilled out here for a few hours and let the doggy Max run wild in the open desert while we made a little camp fire to keep us toasty; Great afternoon to get some fresh air away from the hustle and bustle of the city.. :)

I regret to Inform the Youtube community that little Max has since passed away. He was a great, friendly, little dog with an uplifting personality- He will be missed!! :(
