I think the problem with our understanding of the Book of Abraham etc is that our knowledge is limited.

But of course! That is also the joy of the challenge. Nibley demonstrated decades ago that we have to comprehend the Jewish, Egyptian, Greek, and even Early Christian understandings to really get whatAbraham is all about. Now THAT takes some serious work, very few of who have tried it.....

I find I have to watch them, read more, and then watch them again to start to understand them.

It is like a course unto itself.

I suspect all the ancient played on words, but the Egyptians especially did so, at least according to who I have read and seen. Fun stuff this Egyptian material. I shall do many more vids on it.

Hey this was great BYP. I always learn something. So words in Egyptian were like Hebrew where they may be spelled the same or almost alike. Did Egyptians use word plays with the language??
