make sure ur bottom foot is on the pedal, and u still have to bend ur knees to fit on the seat. Also, try about a 24'' or a 26'' tire.

try keeping ur spine in line with the fork, and also try riding with good speed. if u try going too slow, you will fall backward. Too fast, and you fall forward. try watching the "learning to ride a unicycle video, by the same author.
