According to my birth date, I turn a year older on January the 13. The video was made on the 9th of 2008 . Making me 16 still. You were wrong by 4 days short. Like how you dedicate yourself to make me look bad and impossible for a 16 year old to reach this far. Guess I just surprised you BIG TIME. ;) Thanks and keep viewing.

According to his own MySpace-site, this guy is 18y.o.. So last year he could never be 16 last year when this clip was recorded, according to the headline. He then was 17y.o.

Nice video and you do have a great job bro in achieving that kind of body. I bet its the result of your hard training, dedication and discipline. I do know a link of a site that gives workout plans and information on how you could gain lean muscles, loose fats faster and achieve the looks you ever wanted. Hey. What do you mean "for this?" I know is a great powerful antioxidant. Try taking creatine, with whey from Optimum nutrition, with ZMA before bed and a good multi-pack like animal pak or super nutri from healthy and fit. How long did it take you to get in that shape and I'm already using dumbbells @ 12 and when I'm 16 I'm trains hard to be like you and hopefully 1 day I'll have a6 pack and what is your secret to the ripped look please help I want to be like you and what do you do like in weights @ gym and is acii berry good 4 workouts like to get into shape and have a 6 pack??? @Apple99Man Is good to see that you are starting young. I have a cousin that I kept him away from doing weights but to do push ups, pull ups, crunches and he looks great and he is toned up for being 15. Keep yourself away from lifting heavy dumbbells as it could affect your growth. -There are many abs home workout videos out there. All I did was crunches, ran 3 times a week and eat clean, healthy, high on protein meals. Getting asb is easy, having them show is hard. Eat clean.
