@gonadcancervictim and what would be the alternative to the Patriot Act? Rampant terrorism? It was a necessary measure, and there have been 11 failed plots because of the act. Bachmann is as constitutional as you get.

Who gave you the title of head of the Tea Party? Its not a real party. I consider myself a Tea Party conservative, but you forget Michele where the Tea Party came from. Ron Paul is the true leader of the Tea Party. You sure jumped out of nowhere to assume the mantle you dont deserve. Anyone who attempts to reign in and control a grassroots movement is really just a 2 party paradigm perpetuater attempting to harness an incredible power. Show some class and defer to Ron Paul. Let me be clear; When the government forces you to support others in form of taxes thats not charity, nor is it altruism. Its the government taking your money.
