*sigh* I hate to break it to you but in this adaption, Iphicles' mother Alcmene is King Eurystheus' cousin.....Yes they are related.....I was kinda grossed out when first realised it long ago, but then I remembered that it was just a movie and nothing more.

@Jakegothicsnake that was not uncommon at the time. many people married their brothers and sisters because they thought it was keeping their bloodline pure.
