Yes he does a good job on the crucial areas. I feel that some have criticized unfairly. He does the stuff he talks about, he "walks the walk" as they say.Doing this without the D handle gets more rotator cuff, and less gripping is involved. D handles are a different emphasis. This is best for infraspinatus and supraspinatus. More of a toning, therapeutic, kind of emphasis. I do these regularly. and Use D handles when I want to mash a few heavies, mostly for deltoids days.
