@bigcouz52 Good morning my dear Sis in Christ! One of the many reasons I like you is "you keep me in the fear of God". See, I am afraid of mishandling the word of God. I fear handling Gods word in a cunning and deceitful way. Christians like yourself who study the word, seek Gods face and MEDITATE on the word are most sensitive to the voice of the Holy Spirit. Far be it from me to abuse the gift of God in me by using it as a tool of deception or selfish gain! I LOVE U! 2 Cor 4:2 & 2 Cor 2:17

@2008chrissym Hi you have asked a wonderful question and I will do my best to answer it. Remember to pray Matthew 6:9-13. For "effective prayer" it is always best to pray the word of God. In fact, I call this type of prayer Strategic prayer. Lets say you are praying to be Led by God. Find scriptures that pertain to "Gods leading". For example, Psalm 61:2, 5:8, 25:5, Rom 8:14, John 16:3 etc. Drug prescription treats specific illnesses the same is true of specific scriptures. God Bless You!
