Wow..the both of you are really on the way. The iron will always be one of your best friends. U asked for advice..If someone is talking about u I can understand u reponding..But the white trash.@#%^ is a bit over the top.not saying u have to be his friend. Remember the main exercises, squats, deadlifts, benchpress, shoulderpress. If trying to gain rest 2-3min. between sets, 10-12 reps per set. 2x's per week per body part 4 sets each. Eat a lot. If trying to cut up rest 30 sec. 12-20 reps.

This is the difference. My channel documents my progress of bodybuilding. I eat healthy, work hard, and take as much advice as possible. He is some white trash piece of shit that is an utter disgrace to bodybuilding. If you have seen my videos I am consistently modest, he is egotistical, arrogant, and disrespectful. Sour grapes? More like putting people in a better mindset.
