Biobanks or biorepositories collect, store, process and distribute biological materials and associated data collected for basic science, biomedical and clinical research activities. RTS provides an Automated Blood Fractionation (ABF) system which isolates buffy coat from whole blood. Other products for biobanks and biorepositories include: automated sample processing systems for biological fluids as well as automated sample storage and retrieval systems.
