@pa0791 hi i do bm in another way, holding down a, g, b, and e on 2nd fret. sounds about the same and is loads easier than the other way!

just a mexican strat. it's through a small 10w Park practice amp via a Digitech RP250 on acoustic setting.

i can't play guitar but i'm trying to learn by myself (it's very hard..).
I have a question: how do you do Bm? i'm trying to put the fingers like you do but it doesn't work :(
i play Bm in another way...but i'd like to know if it's simpler like you do it.

Hi there
Not a stupid question. The way I do a Bm in the vid is:
Index finger bottom string (E) 2nd fret
Middle finger next string up (B) 3rd fret
Little finger next string up (G) 4th fret
4th finger next string up (D) 4th fret
Otherwise I'd do it as a barre chord

Question: So the middle finger is needed to be down on the 3rd string for G Maj Barchord? For G Major, The bar is on the second fret right? And F Sharp Minor's Bar is on the 3rd Fret?

Hi there. Yes, middle finger is down for Gmaj, but bar is at the 3rd fret, with F# minor at the 2nd (middle finger lifted)
