Natalie Dessay is an amazing coloratura soprano. Her highest notes are wonderful, and not forced. She is a pleasure to listen to. In addition, she's a wonderful actress and brings a great deal of emotion to her scenes.

@sopran21 yes, it is fabulous for the voice...all those hormones make it richer in sound...The staying up nights is not quite so great..but that passes!

why not? as long as it is not dangerous for the baby..there are many women who work till the 7th month..

@o0BeriiShirayuki0o If you think that, well. But not everyone considers that as ugly or not useful or whatever. It doesn't harm her singing and I am sure the baby enjoy's it ;-)

Natalie was born for this roll and for roll of lakme and no one will ever do it better and It's a fact!!!!!
Love you nat. and you know I'ts quite funny but I'ts seems like that her pregnan did good for her voice.
