the sears tower should invest in making one of its elevators a freefall drop ride...without telling anyone inside

In addition, those would be recategorized as amusement rides and thus would have to be inspected daily. Interestingly enough, the elevators at the CN Tower are already classified as such even though they travel 2 m/s (4.44 mph) slower. Meanwhile, the admission price for both places is about the same.
