Yasmina's weekly belly dance class. This weeks lesson is on layering a shimmy on basic hip and upper body movements. Hip movements are hip slides, hip circles and figure 8's. Upper body moves are rib slides, rib circles and rib 8's. A vibration shimmy is added to hip movements and shoulder shimmy's are added to upper body movements.
This is so very helpful! I practice with you a couple of times a week.
