Black Dog Syndrome

At shelters across the United States, they're often the last to get adopted. There's even a name for it, Black Dog Syndrome. But it's not just black dogs, it's black cats, black rabbits and black coated homeless animals in general. One shelter near San Diego, California even staged it's own Black Friday sale to draw attention to the cause.

I have a lovely Black lab/Border Collie mix. My old Black Lab/Border Collie died of bone cancer last June. But black-colored animals are plain amazing, most have the perfect temper.

That one cat with the white tipped paws is so cute! Black pets are GORGEOUS! Have some compassion... don't be 'racist' with your pet selection. Love the animal inside!
