LM Work Plan Seminar-Challenge 2

In Secretary General, LIM SWEE SAY's speech during the work plan seminar 2010. The secretary general shared with the union leaders how productivity can foster healthier more efficient workers.

He foresaw 3 challenges that would hinder productivity and expounded on the solutions that the labour movement should adopt.

The second of these challenges was the need to ensure "Productivity together" and not just remain cheaper, better and faster, but also smarter.

Mr Lim shared how innovative ideas and innovation will spearhead this charge to remain competitive in the post global downturn.
