Bush proved that elected figure heads are the spokes people of the ideology the represent. A US president can not change or influence "wrong politics".
Hell Bush was a man of little vocabulary and complete uncertainty about what he was about to say or answer YET he ran for Presidency in USA.
I think no one was prepared to HEAD the NEO CON - NAZI policies and they needed a bafoon, a yes man.
