@Hoop99 -- Of course both parties are to blame! My point is that Dems were there too! Up to 94 Clinton was a train wreck. Then a new fiscally responsible congress forced Clinton's hand in budget areas. Still the Republicans were very arrogant. Lying under oath is an impeachable offense but you have to be as arrogant as Obama to think impeachment was good for the USA. Question: Why does anyone still believe either party?
