This aircraft is an HH-60 Blackhawk from the 129th Rescue Wing at Moffett Field. They do long range rescues all along the California Coast and even perform rescue operations off of Mexico. The can be refueled in the air by the Wing's HC-130 Hercules. I think they have a 800 mile range.
