my all time fav player...class act for sure...was soo glad to see him get his cup but if only it could have been in his bruins jersey...
-
Love ya Ray ... class act, great player, terrific person. All the best ...
-
Just imagine If Bobby Orrs knees could've stood up.The Bruins would've had Orr Park and a Young Ray Bourque on the same team!!!!! How great that wouuld've been. But Ray Bourque was a great player in his own right and I was glad he one the cup.

Great defense men, like Ray Bourque, Teppo Numminen, Jyrki Lumme, Paul Coffey, Larry Murphy, Slava Fetisov...
-
amen to that
-
Let me just say that as a hardcore fan of hockey pre-lockout and a casual fan of hockey afterward, one of my all time favorite sports moments is when Ray finally won the Cup.
-
conference finals.... SUPER FAIL!

sad day
-
i like the wings they are a really good team.
but i would root for vancouver too, im a huge flyers fan but i also root for ANY canadian team in the playoffs cos im canadian.

Ray lives in A tiny town called Boxford in Massachusetts
-
ray Bourque will always be one of my top 5 favorite players of all time amazing
-
As an Avs fan, the only team I will ALWAYS hate in hockey is the Detroit Red Wings. They play hockey how it should NOT be played. If the Nucks and Wings play this year in the conf. finals I will definitely be rooting for Vancouver. Go Avs!
-
Boston fans, you gave us Avs fans Bourque so he could have a chance to win the Cup. All I'm gonna say is if you beat Detroit in the Finals, we'll be even. Go Avs! f Detroit

His daughter.

:10 to :12 Bobby Orr (the best ever)

I have met Ray a couple of times and he truly is a class act. He along side of Bobby Or is the best defenseman of all time. A true athletic hero and someone young up and comings can look up to a respect
Great player---a shame that he had to leave Boston to lift Lord Stanley's Cup.

Great Player.
I remember seeing him win the cup in Colorado really was a great experience to see. My dad is a huge Bourque fan and he went crazy. Although I will say, it would of been cool to see his Stanley Cup day in Boston, but oh well, atleast he won it with one of my favourite teams, Colorado. Congratulations Bourque, You were a fantastic in both Boston and Colorado.
