it's both rude and insensitive to call heath a 'dirty crackhead' he's someone's father and son. it's obvious he was nervous. you should really think before you say things.

I happened to be standing next to Heath at the bar at the Met Hotel in London in Dec 2004. I remember hearing him telling a friend that he was having terrible trouble sleeping and had been awake for nearly 3 days. He took drugs, sure, but its now known that he was battling primary insomnia for much of his later life. insomnia results in prefrontal glucose depletion reducing impulse control, leading to more drug abuse and hence in some cases more insomnia in a self perpetuating vicious spiral.

Benzos are KILLERS and they are legal - he was an 'accidental addict' NOT a junkie. It can happen to anyone. Doctors overprescribe these evil things and do not support patients to come off them - all this leads to suicidal thoughts, irrational thinking and hundreds of other sad symptons. People just do not understand - it was the benzos that killed him

He was an 'accidental addict' Benzos are Killers, prescribed by Doctors - they are far more addictive than heroin and street drugs - over prescribed worldwide. Withdrawal can kill you, Doctors are no better than Drug dealers, and speaking from experience, once you are hooked, there is little support out there to help you come off properly, the Doctors do not want to know
