Carol has remained unchanged through the decades in the most positive, affirming ways. She is still beautiful, still sings beautifully, still dances beautifully. But, above all, she has remained a charming, generous soul, very witty too and she shines with affection for the wonderfully talented people she had known and worked with, right back to the original cast of "West Side Story." She is a nice Italian girl.
I mixed up the names of Carol Burnett and Vicki Lawrence and then was surprised when it wasn't who I thought.

It's worth the effort to find a copy of Carol's gorgeous cookbook "I Remember Pasta."

For those like me who have to show videos at a party, I wonder what a party at the home of Robert Goulet and Carol Lawrence was like.
This episode featured Ms Lawrence, and the captain of the Glass-Bottom-Boat "Arlene Francis," and a lady horseshoeer. What's Not to love?
This is live TV about a month to the day before Kennedy assassination news coverage preempted WML and all Sunday shows.
Aside: I wonder why this kinescope looks so different from the others?
