I loved Ames, Kmart, Brook's and Woolworth and still love TV38. That Conair ad brought back memories. I also thought I heard Shaw's supermarket during the voiceover.

Oh god, I remember flipping by TV38 in about the same year during a Punky Brewster rerun, and seeing logos for 4 different hardware stores stuck on the screen for a few good minutes into the next scene of the show (immediately following the last ad break)!

So nice they did that ad twice! Guess they figured they needed to try again! That's not the first WSBK screw up I've seen... getting it on my cable back in the 80s, I've seen a few more flubs like that one!

Pretty cool to see Bill Beutel in that movie too, with a slight homage to his home station there, and a slightly different circle 7!
