How To Cultivate Self-Love

I wanted to share some of my thoughts on how to plant a little wee seed of love for yourself. I feel it's a powerful method of bringing yourself into a state of positivity. Make positive thoughts dominate negativity - after all you choose what you want to think.

Also its kinda fun to chill out a bit with yourself. I enjoy it anyway, I'm a pretty solitary person. Enjoy solitude. Be fascinated by your life, your body, your mind, your perpetual aliveness.

Speaking positively to yourself aloud is a really excellent way to simply feel good. And you feel good doing it in that moment.
