2009 Pepsi Flowboarding Competition @ Wild Wadi Dubai

So we hosted the annual flowboarding competition at Wild Wadi over the weekend and barring some rain it was an awesome event. Competitors, crowds that braved the rains and all the organizers had an awesome day. Please check out some of the photos from the event here http://tinyurl.com/ydfz25s

Best thing about it is ONeills 12-year old sponsored rider Max Sokolov, yes hes a little Russian, beat all the men in the stand up competition which bodes well for the future, he will also be going to San Diego for a few weeks next year to compete in the competitions in the US and he is trying to work himself onto the flowboarding world tour of sorts. He did manage to come 2nd in a recent pro tournament held at the Singapore flowrider.
