Bathurst 2010 Fabian Coulthard Chase roll

In the 2010 bathurst 1000, Fabian Coulthard of Bundaburg Rcing Team lost the use of the rear left tire coming into the L&H Chase, spearing him straight off.

@QldBrays Haha yeah, it certainly gets nippy up at Bathurst in the mornings! Couldn't make it this year but was wide awake at 6am for the broadcast on tv =D

@ALTF4me - it was only about 10 yrs ago when I took my girlfriend (now wife) and we set up there around 5am ... lit the gas cooker and whipped up some snags and strong coffee. I see your point about the higher views ... maybe I need to come back with the family and stay there !! Thanks for the tip. Cheers. (did I forget to add my wife will never forget that day ........ when she froze her tits off at the mountain .. i was not popular!!)

@bozobudz Dude. The gravel slows down the car, and on sideways motion at that speed it's going to roll. Watch Mezera's crash at Bathurst in 1997 - same thing happens.
