okay so I've downloaded it..and it comes up as unopenable..do I need to have some kind of MUGEN system? Yeah, obviously I'm new to this, so I don't know what you guys are using ;P

@LightCatKit First, you have to extract the game from the 7zip folder I put it in. Winrar is your best choice to do that. Then, click the WINMUGEN application to play it. Keep in mind that MUGEN only works with Windows.
