One of your other blogs you said you had a great/normal week with no pain. Now your talking about riding bikes up a big hill like you always do every morning. Wow most people with FM have chronic pain everyday and would love to be able to ride a bike. You are high functioning and must have a very mild case of FM.

Thanks for posting useful information. I did not think much about it until watching all your videos. So thanks for your videos, and keep up the good work...

intersting thoughts, but to generalistic and simplistic. depressions, fibro and anxieties can have a huge variety of causes!

Oh, I wish that were the case. Fibromyalgia is a cyclical disease, and people with fibromyalgia will go through periods where their symptoms are more severe, and then less severe. Flare-ups happen, as well. I've done very well managing my fibromyalgia thanks to the outstanding doctor I see down in Los Angeles, (Dr. St. Amand), and also to the doctor I see up at Stanford University. I've learned a great deal about this disease over the past 7 years. It's incurable, but it is treatable. - Diana

hi diana. my name is diana as well. i used to suffer from RA and fybromyalgia. My pain was greatly affected by foods. I started a parasite cleanse in July according to Dr. Clark and my symptoms are now gone. I don't know what you've tried but just thought i'd run that by you..

@dstanart2 Hi Diana! Oh, I'm totally open-minded on the topic of parasite cleanses. I wish they weren't so ridiculed by doctors in this country. (Although, I did hear that theTV show "Doctors" did a big special on them recently.) I've done the HumaWorm cleanse a couple times and found it extremely beneficial. I even had my son do the HumaWorm for kids, and it helped him a lot. I wonder how Dr. Clark's is different. I know she was a big advocate of cleansing, and she passed away recently?

@soveryfragile How sweet! Thanks for the kind comments! Since making this video, I stopped eating dairy. I think in this video, I think I had a lactaid with lunch because I had some dairy with it. Anyway, now I do gluten-free and dairy-free. (I do eat eggs.) Makes sense to me that the foods we eat will affect how well our bodies function. Amazes me that we can go to a doctor because we feel sick and they never ask: "Well, what do you eat?" Such a basic concept that food affects our health.
