Soaping a fountain... who does that?

Me and my buddies have an extravagant plot to soap a fountain in the middle of town, on fathers day, with a car show going on half a block away.

we cleverly disguised my friend as an old man (shirt and hat... lame, i know) and had him dump in 5 gallons of laundry detergent.

By the time it foamed up, he was at work in uniform, so it couldnt have been him?

Everyone loved it, even the city worker girls who had to clean it up
