  • 这个视频太好了!我已经练了很久全浸式自由泳,这次发现了自己的不足之处。竹内慎司真的很棒!

  • hi you look so smooth i want to swim like you but i can not. I feel so tired when i am half of the pool. How to do swim like you?

  • Shinji, that is great swimming! What is the length of the pool?

  • Your breathing is off the hook!! Amazing

  • beautiful technique : )

I m a beginner, how can I learn the footwork shown in this video ?

  • This video is so sweet for me. Its so obvious to see how the wrist and the whole hand are kept lose during the snap after loosening the wrist in phase 2.

Its great to know that I found my problem which was strained wrist and hand during the snap.

I cant wait to go to the pool now and swim "for miles and miles"...

Million thanks to Shinji for his patience and willing to help :)

  • People make to much noise about propulsion from kicking. What you see in this video is the essence of timing, balance and streamlining. These three create much more speed than 2, 4 or 6 beat kicks can. Stop focusing on what's behind and work on what's going on at the front end.

  • Just love it !

  • Hi, Mr. Takeuchi, I have been watching your older video for hundred of times since I've started learning TI freestyle.

Acceleration is a very difficult skill to achieve when you use 2 beat kicks, because there was no propulsion during the gliding phase of the stroke.

This video is makng the issue very interesting, but I am not quite sure how it was done in the video. Please kindly explan, Thanks again.

  • look how tan he is compared to his feet looool
