4x4 some solves: sub-40, 41 with OLL and 45 with different method

Solve 1: 39.95 using 6-2-2-2 edge pairing. I normally don't use this, I'm faster with 2-pairing.
Solve 2: 41.05 using 2 pairing but with OLL parity
Solve 3: 45 with a different method and PLL parity
