It should be understood that in Blazblue there are no tiers its one of the most equal games ever, if someone is beating you, its cos you're shit, if you're beating them its cos you're good, or damn ryt lucky....honestly this is not brawl or street fighter thats what makes this game so Elite

@flowboiz there's tiers. Some characters clearly have obvious advantages over others (like Mu or Lambda over tager), CS2 balance is pretty good though

Whenever I hear whining about tier shit and bragging about how "elite" a game is, it briefly makes me never want to go near it again. I went to BlazBlue because Capcom fighters are full of literally nothing but this kind of bitching, whereas BlazBlue is actually fun even on the competitive level. All of you can go shove your faces in a meat grinder and let us just play the game and do our character research in peace. Thank you.

My "Basic" is usually just Weiss Jagd to Sweiss jagd and Nacht Rozen them when they bounce. Barrier, rinse, repeat.

@jourdal You may be right but there is a way around everything, and if tager is at such a disadvantage then the player should relize that the game should be ended much quicker than any other, tager can hold is own against anyone, and saying the same for most other players, you just have to play the game according to the opponent, and stop looking at your character as shield when you loose, flowboiz is right, tiers are just a way of showing people how to win the easiest.

@flowboiz those are called matchups. they are not tiers influence on the tier a character will be put. tager for example has a overall bad matchup with most characters and is the lowest tiered character. it doesnt mean he cant win against the top tiers, its just that if two players of similar skill are playing and one of them is tager and the other is makoto then most of the time the makoto player will win. CS2 however suffers less from that then most fighting games since its a balanced game.

@jourdal i dont think thats considered tiers but rather just an advantage over a certain character for example tager may have an advantage over Rachel, or Makudo
