These are the riders in the breakaway group of Stage 8, Tour of California. Location is on South Grade Road, on the ascent up Palomar Mountain. The location is approximately at 3700 feet of elevation, about halfway up on the climb. Leading the breakaway group is Andy Schleck. Andy won the best young rider in last year's Tour de France. Andy's brother Frank eventually won the stage, with Levi Leipheimer winning the overall Tour of California. I'm upset because I screwed up a similar video of the top riders in the Peloton...Floyd Landis was leading the Peloton at that point and he was hugging the edge of the road, almost crashing into me. Lance Armstrong was about 5 riders behind Floyd and Levi Leipheimer was on Lance's wheel.
