Change (One Shot/ Lyrical Story)

So, I was listening to The song "Change" by taylor swift. And while i was listening, i was reading some things, and got this.
I'm not really a fan of this kind of writing, but it worked, it doesn't really have a point. it's just showing a take on this song, how it can be about so many things :D

-And it's a sad picture, The final blow hits you, Somebody else gets what you wanted again.-
I sighed as I watched the kids next door get tucked into their beds. Their parents kissed their heads, and walked out.
I wish my family was like that. Instead, Im sitting here, holding a tissue to my nose to stop the bleeding, and my head was throbbing. My parents dont put me to bed at night, they bash me before they go to bed, and leave me to cry and bleed.
-You know it's all the same, another time and place, repeating history and you're getting sick of it-
I went into the bathroom and got into the shower. Letting the hot water run down my body. This is what I normally do, its the same routine every night.
-But I believe in whatever you do, and I'll do anything to see it through, because these things will change-
just tell someone, you can get out of it, I believe in you, this can all change
My guardian angel told me. I have always believed that it was my big brother, he died, and ever since then, my parents have been horrible to me.

-So we've been outnumbered, raided and now cornered, it's hard to fight, when the fight ain't fair-
I woke up the next morning and got ready for school, the door of my room slammed open and I jumped. They came towards me, my dad punched me and I fell back, I kept backing up to the corner, but you can only go so far before theres a wall.

-We're getting stronger now, from things they never found, they might be bigger, but we're faster and never scared-
I could see the vase in the corner of my eye, I grabbed it, and smashed it on dads head when he leant down to me. Then grabbed my bag and ran out.

-You can walk away, say we don't need this, but there's something in your eyes, says we can beat this, 'Cause these things will change-
things can change, you just need to tell a teacher when you get to school, we can beat this, Ill be there the whole way

-Can you feel it now?, these walls that they put up to hold us back will fall down, it's a revolution, the time will come for us to finally win, We'll sing hallelujah-
I sat in the office, waiting to talk to the teacher.
are you ready? Its all going to change, youre finally going to be safe

-Tonight we'll stand and get off our knees, Fight for what we've worked for all these years, The battle was long, It was the fight of our lives, but we'll stand up, champions tonight, It was the night things changed-
I sat in a room, the teacher had left. The rest of the kids had gone to homeroom, and I wasnt allowed out of the room.
Then I saw the police walk in, my heartbeat got faster. Tonight is the night everything will finally be different. I wont be wiping blood off myself, or wishing my head would stop pounding from the bruises. Tonight, things have changed.

-Can you see it now?, the walls that they put up to hold us back, fell down, it's a revolution, throw your hands up, 'Cause we never gave in, we'll sing hallelujah.-
I smiled as I looked up at the woman and man who wanted to take me.
They had two kids already, and they went to church all the time. I can see it now, what he was saying, and now, Im finally going to be safe.
