Rex 84 Exposed in Questioning of Oliver North During Iran Contra Hearing.flv

Jack Brooks attempts to ask Oliver North about Readiness Exercise 1984 a.k.a. Rex 84, but is cut off by senator Inouye who basically states. "Thats classified, we can have an executive session about it later". Which as far as i can tell translates to, "Stop talking about that while the american people can hear you." And "We will talk about it later. And by talk about i mean tell you never to bring it up again."

Look at how angry Oliver North gets when Mr. Brooks asks that question. You can just see that he wants to shoot him. Why? Why is it so inappropriate to ask about Rex 84? Because it is against the constitution, it is a major MAJOR violation of our rights, and there is a good chance that if activated Rex 84 will mean the complete end of the constitutional government of the United States... Not that that hasnt already happened for the most part with the patriot act and all the other post 9/11 hysteria...
