I'm fence sitting on Martin Short; he's been great in some things, and awful in others. This was... not great.
But as Uncle Jack (in Arrested Development), he was amazing.

I mean geez, SCTV? Inner Space? Father of the Bride 1 & 2? A ton of other stuff that really doesn't come to mind right now?
The guy is a Canadian legend, as is George (now, for the new generation) and obviously Mr. Short was poking fun at himself, pretending like he's not down to earth, forgot his roots, etc.
