No it does not contain any virus!
This trainer like all my other trainers use whats called packers.
Packers are used to protect the trainers against Codetheft and is always detected by most Av's to be potential viruses or trojans, this is called false/positive to the wide public and will not even act as a virus or anything harmless. So no it wont harm your PC in any way, it will only protect the file/trainer from beeing analysed by code rippers.

@Starcraft654 If you are using the + 13 trainer then F2 would be the Mass Affection option, this option will incrase the force of punches and kicks and will also give a vacum affect if you pick up a car for example all other souraunding wehicles and people will be sucked up in the air, that's perfectly normal, though it wouldnt be in a real life situation i think, lol

more might come later on even if this game aint that new i know lol.. it still got potential.
