Restoration of "Chief Justice" Mr. Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry's 16 March 2009 Pakistan. These are the pictures of his Visit to "Pennsylvania Law College in Philadelphia US" November 20 2008 with My Father (Mubashar Ahmad Nasir) who kiss his hair because agent grasps his hair in past.

My Father also attend the Chief Justice Lecture on the topic of "AN INSIDERS LOOK AT PAKISTAN: The Rule of Law and the Independence of the Judiciary".

He talk about the Rule of Law in Pakistan, which was rocked by legal and political turmoil after former President Pervez Musharraf declared a state of emergency and suspended his countrys constitution in 2007. At the time, Musharraf said Pakistans Supreme Court had allowed terrorists to go free, but critics noted that Justice Chaudhrys removal from the bench followed rulings opposing privatizing steel mills and accepting the cases of Musharrafs political opponents, such as former Prime Ministers Benazir Bhutto and Nawaz Sharif.Musharrafs actions sparked a movement among Pakistans lawyers, who continue to demand the reinstatement of Justice Chaudhry.

The Event was co-sponsored by the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Penn Law National Lawyers Guild, Penn Law Dean's Speakers Fund, the Pakistan Justice Coalition and the South Asian Center of the University of Pennsylvania.

JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED. Unluckily most lawyers in Pakistan are one of the root causes of mischief being exercised at Pakistan since 1947. They find loopholes in the constitution, use justice delaying tactics leading to injustice & anarchy, paving way for corrupt politician class to rule us. Bar Council has failed to organize them & keep them away from this devilish behavior. Independent judiciary cant solve this issue. Even a law student nowadays quotes to hire a judge than a lawyer

Its no less than a miracle but what needs to be done regarding future expectations is that the army chief must at all cost assist the Chief Justice in revival of judiciary, law & order. This can be a compensation of dogmatism exercised by Mush. Only then can Pakistan be taken out from the track of darkness & poverty to the track of development & prosperity. The political dogs hired by Anti Pakistan Community will be forced to leave the country putting it on the path of success & prosperity.
