I had around 10 in my mouth at one point when I was 17. I thankfully don't get them anymore. That sucked too cuz I was on vacation in Las Vegas when I broke out...

1. Get lemon juice
2. Get a cotton ball
3. soak cotton ball in lemon juice
4. Apply directly to sore, and push most of the juice out onto the sore

I get these so bad particularly when I'm under a lot of stress. Although, sometimes they come out of nowhere for no reason.
Most web sites claim they're caused by sodium lauryl sulfate which is found in most toothpastes and mouthwashes.
It only affects some people though.

Yeah I have done heaps of reading about them aswell, I always have them. Right now I have 4 in the one spot next to each other. Damn its painfull if I eat food and it gets on them haha.
