The Punisher: Days of Crimson trailer 2011 [fan trailer]

Summary: Oswald Kane is a man who has a simple wish. To see the killer of his daughter brought to justice. The problem is, the man who killed her is none other than Frank Castle, The Punisher. Why would Castle go after a seemingly normal young woman?

It doesn't matter, the hammer has been thrown down. Kane has placed a $10 Million bounty on Castle's head. Now everyone from vengeful thugs to desperate individuals are gunning for Castle.

The timing of this event is strange. As Castle was about to crack a case of mass kidnappings and drug shipments, this "murder" occurred.

As Castle works himself to near death to survive the endless hoards of hunters and solve this case, a sinister plot nears its fruition. Unforeseen challenges await Frank in his latest adventure.


This was my first fake trailer. I'm proud of it, though I'm worried about the reception since it's not a typical Punisher tale. I wanted to try something drastically different. I like when Frank experiences things on the strange side, though, the key is, they have to still be tied to his world. (Crime? How about super powered criminals? Gun runners? What about advanced tech gun runners?) One thing I love about the Marvel Universe is its connectivity, as showcased in previous and current (Avengers: EMH) cartoons, as well as the films. I wanted to have Castle have a one time adventure featuring some elements of an expanded and fantasy world.
