Tail of the Dragon April 2010

A partial run of the Tail of the Dragon (US 129 in Tennessee). We were foiled by a rock slide and a semi truck. The THP car that appears at the end of the clip was clearing out the road to allow a semi to come through without causing ridiculous amounts of chaos, so we had to turn around after just a few miles. By the time they got the truck out, they were closing the road down for the evening - it closes at 8 pm due to a rock slide on the north end, they don't want any traffic on it after dark until that's cleared up.

At least we got to have a little fun!
