At the end of the day, it doesn't matter if she's guilty or not guilty, she is a british citizen and the bloody know it all US have no right to MURDER her. For once could david fucking cameron stop being such a pussy and stand up to these fucking yanks before they start murdering his people. @p4phenomenal I have been around this case since day one and it is indeed an Heinous Crime that anyone can do. It is pure Evil and Inhumane. It was well planned and premeditated from Carty. She really think that she could get away by setting those 3 men up for robbery and kidnap.

Some believed even if she had the best lawyer money can buy, it will NOT make a differents in her case. There are just too much evidence and witness against her. She can only complain her lawyer didn't do his job.

@p4phenomenal I suggest you find and read the 2008 USDC findings of facts. She got a fair trial and she is guilty. I sure hope they set a date already because I am tired of the lies being promulgated by the defense and that idiot Smith.

@vanthiectu i'v just read the appeal for 2004 and it the its seems overwhelmly against. However the point is anyone on trial for a crime deserves a fair trial, which it seems this lady didnt get. Im sure theres been many occassion where evidence is stacked up against an accused but its later found to be flawed somehow and the person acquited..thats the whole point of a trial. anyway..just saying. I've only heard about this case today
