@SnappyPenguins They have been saying that for the past 5 years. Plus most of the construction projects are moving more slowly in dubai, or have halted. Even if there economy started to boom again all of Dunailand would take probably a good 10 years to complete this, also taking into account the fact that its been downsized allot since this model was made. Trust me im a fucking Dubai fanatic lol

@bboschboi 2015 is the official targeted date. Development is planned to continue this Summer, and if it does, early 2016, if not late 2015 is the most probable completion date.

Been there! I'm telling you, if the US was building anything even 1/4 of the size of this you wouldn't hear the end it! it would be so big in the news and they would be making movies there etc. im really surprised we don't hear anything about Dubailand, it blows anything else out of the water, anywhere.
