@PrinceZero76 Well its a late answer, since toad is banned anyway, but you can. You tribute 1 MONSTER, as is ANY monster, but he can't be special summoned by the effect cuz u can only special summon frogs.

In the beginning how did he tribute his substitoad when its not a frog?? i just started using this deck and when i did that i got told i couldn't do that because of substitoad not being a frog. So can you or can you not do that??
