Microsoft refuses to enclose exactly what part supposedly infringes on their intellectual property. Again, Ballmer needs to shut his rude mouth, nothing but crap keeps coming out of it.

what a jerk off? Dude has done nothing for microsoft since gates left their stock has remained at the same level and the company is irrelevant in the market of the future (mobile) you can sue all you want but nothing will save you if you stay at that 1,5 of market share in smartphone and tablets. Now go sue Barnes & Nobles for the loading icon in the browser

Be especially wary of corporate officers of US companies speaking overseas. Certain unsupported claims that might mislead investors (and result in an SEC investigation) are OK if they happen outside the jurisdiction of the US. I'm not saying that happened here, but it's interesting to compare their top executives say in the US vs. what they say in other countries. It's not entirely by coincidence that the stories get bigger and the claims get wilder when the execs are speaking in other countries
