First of all, those employees have those stickers because they probably could use a little tax relief partly due to the economy and partly due to employers like you who do not pay enough. When the tax structure favors the the bottom 80%, 80% have more money to spend. If 80% of the country has more money to spend, they buy more goods and services, which benefits business owners.

Obama is proposing to roll back the Bush tax cuts on the rich & restore taxes (assuming your business makes > $250k) to the level under Clinton. Small businesses did fine during the Clinton years. You'll be ok!
