Dropbox paid accont is great for personal use(i'm a paying customer)
Box.net is Really great for business environment(I'm in IT and have just moved forward with an agreement with Box.net).

All of the box.net demo vids that I watch don't have any @#$@# substance. A bunch of visual glitz, but not much for value proposition or use cases.
